2nd Class painted beautiful 'Winter Robins'. We discussed why robins are so important and special. We then displayed them on our Art Wall.

2nd Class have been learning about the properties of 2D shapes. We had fun sorting different types of shapes into groups. We also used a post-it note to check for right angles in our 2D shapes, and around the classroom!

We dressed up for Halloween and created our very own witches using different types of materials.

We hope you enjoy our 'LOOK UP' Autumn artwork from Second Class. We used cotton buds to create the leaves.

Just a small snippet of the fantastic costumes that were around our school on Tuesday! Everyone went to great efforts with their costumes and it was a fantastic day in our school!

Mrs. Foley's classroom made banana bread last week. They were very busy measuring out the ingredients, mixing, cracking, pouring and mashing. They were really excited to see the end product.  It was a great success and tasted delicious.
