Our Student Council elections took place recently. Over the past couple of weeks, the children from 3rd-6th class have been creating their manifestos and canvassing to their peers. This was a great way for the students to learn about their democratic right to vote/freedom of choice 

.Special thanks to Senator Mark Duffy who took time out of his busy schedule to come and visit our school and see the elections underway. It was great for the children to hear and speak with Senator Mark Duffy, a local role model.
