Minister Dara Calleary Visits Our School.

Today, our Sixth Class had the honour of welcoming our local TD and Minister for Social Protection, Rural Development and the Gaeltacht, Dara Calleary, who marked one year in office on the day of his visit.

The visit commenced with a structured question-and-answer session, during which pupils engaged thoughtfully and confidently with the Minister. This was followed by a series of short presentations, where Sixth Class pupils showcased projects they have been developing in class.

Minister Calleary was extremely generous with his time and demonstrated genuine interest in the pupils’ work and ideas. His visit provided a valuable learning opportunity and left a lasting impression on our Sixth Class pupils. A proud day for Rehins National School.
